ARAB HEALTH 2008

We displayed BiOLiS 24i and BiOLiS 12i at ARAB HEALTH 2008 (January 28 to 31) that took place at the Dubai Conventional Center in Dubai, UAE. 45,000 people from 65 countries, mainly the Middle East, West Asia and North Africa, attended the show. This was the first opportunity for our company to have a booth at this exhibition and served as a new step to strengthen the brand power of the BiOLiS series and establish a distributor network in the Middle East market, which is undergoing remarkable economic advancements.
57th Japanese Medicine Inspection Society Exhibition

The BiOLiS 24i Premium (first appearance in an exhibition) and BiOLiS 12i were exhibited at the 57th Japanese Medicine Inspection Society Exhibition at the Sapporo Convention Center (May 30 and 31), with approximately 17,000 visitors. Our latest "BiOLiS 24i Premium" exhibited for the first time was particularly warmly appreciated.

We exhibited the BiOLiS 24i Premium and BiOLiS 12i at the 2008 Joint Exhibition of the Japanese Society for Clinical Laboratory Automation and Japanese Society of Laboratory Medicine that took place at the Exhibition Hall of Pacifico Yokohama, Yokohama City between October 9 and 11. More than 10,000 visitors attended the show, and our booth was visited by many guests, both domestic and from overseas. Toward the promotion and establishment of the brand image in Japan, we have had a booth at the show for ten consecutive years since 1999.
MEDICA 2008

| We exhibited the BiOLiS 24i Premium and BiOLiS 12i at "MEDICA 2008" held at Messe Düsseldorf in Düsseldorf, Germany (between November 19 and 22.) This is the largest medical exposition in the world, and though the show was held in the midst of a financial crisis, the number of visitors (about 137,000) was nearly equivalent to that of last year. 4th Int'l Hydrogen & Fuel Cell Expo

| We had a booth and exhibited a 250W micro fuel cell system at the 4th International Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Exhibition held at Tokyo Big Sight between February 27 and 29. During the show, about 25,000 visitors attended the show, and as awareness about countermeasures against global warming has been getting stronger, many visitors with higher interest came to the booth of Tokyo Boeki Machinery that has participated in the exhibition since the first show, making it a significant opportunity. Currently, we are doing our best to make necessary improvements and acquire certification toward the early start of domestic sales of products exhibited. |
